One of the top programs in the nation is officially in Colorado. We will be continuing to host high level teams from the 13-18u level. Our Canes Denver Teams will be ran by Director Lucas Gilbreath, High School Director Ty Giordano, and Prep Director Pat Williams. Canes strives to be the best of the best and our training, recruiting, and coaching resources are sure to give each athlete all the tools they need to be successful. Tryouts
Canes Colorado is now accepting registrations for our 2026-2027 Tryouts. Players will be attending a thorough evaluation that will test their pitching, throwing, hitting, fielding, and athletic skills.
We will be carrying 13-14u AAA and Majors Prep teams as well as 2027-2030 high school teams for the upcoming season. These teams will be focused on high-level competition and professional development as we get them prepared for high school.

Our staff is comprised of some of the best and most respected baseball personalities in the state. With the everchanging landscape of amateur baseball, we are proud to continue to put the players first and focus on each and every individual's personal development. Through our in depth training and extra resources, our players will have access to everything they need to be successful.
Lucas Gilbreath
Director - Canes Colorado
As a Colorado Native, Lucas has seen every level of baseball in the state from Tee-Ball all the way to the MLB. Lucas' main focus and passion is about developing every athlete that walks through the door. His experiences allow him to pass on his knowledge from his time at the highest level.
Peyton Malecha
Assistant Director - Canes Colorado
Peyton entered the collegiate level as a 2 way player and found his way to Dayton University. He uses his experience and vast knowledge of pitching development and technology to help players develop their arsenal, keep arms healthy, and compete at a high level.
Pat Williams
Prep Baseball Director - Canes Colorado
Pat has great playing and coaching experiences at a variety of levels and currently serves as a high school head coach. Pat uses his playing experience and his coaching knowledge to help give our players the tools and mindset on and off the field to be successful in high school.

Indoor Facility Access
Canes players will have priority access to our facility in Broomfield, Colorado 2 days a week to use cages, HitTrax and more
Recruiting Support
As a part of their fees, players will receive professional recruiting support and guidance as they prepare for the next level
High School Preparation
Our relationships with High School coaches in the area allow us to give prep players the development they need to be ready for the next level
Canes ONLY Tournaments/Showcases
Players will have exclusive access to Canes showcases and tournaments throughout the country
Guest Play Opportunities
All teams within the region keep in close contact and strive to give players opportunities to play in different tournaments and different states when spots are available
