- We currently offer a "Prep" program for players in the 12-14u range as well as a full High School Program in summer and fall.
- How does Canes help players get noticed by college coaches?
- Canes (specifically the Great Plains Region) is hands down the best organization for getting players collegiate opportunities. In 2025, Canes Great Plains had a 100% placement rate for their baseball players throughout the region.

- Canes has a variety of options for players; however, our National travel teams are highly competitive and are designed to compete at the national level.
- When are tryouts, and how are players evaluated?

- If my child doesn’t make a team, are there opportunities for future consideration?

- High School Summer season is our "high-intensity" season and the schedule can be very rigorous. Players will play 8-9 weeks of games on weekends with 3-4 days of practice during the week."Prep" level travel teams will be similar to high school, but will often depend on the individual coach/team for amount of practice and travel.
- Do teams travel out of state, and how often?
- Yes, our teams generally travel out of state 3 times in the summer and another 2 times in the fall. We will have some teams that stay local, but for the most part we like our teams to travel and see the best competition possible.
- What is the cost to play, and what does it include
- Our cost varies based on program and level of play, but our pricing includes: facility access, coaches, training, hotel accommodations, recruiting services, technology memberships, tournament fees, field rental, and equipment. (Basically everything but uniforms and travel)
- Are there payment plans or fundraising options available?
- Canes offers both payment plans (3 or 5 payments) as well as specific fundraisers. We will participate in a yearly regional fundraiser and will also have local opportunities to help cover fees.
- What kind of culture does Canes Colorado promote on and off the field?
- Canes Colorado is all about playing the game the right way and developing our athletes on and off the field. Not every player will be fortunate enough to play baseball through the majority of their life so our goal is to help them become the best version of themselves on the field and also prepare for life outside for baseball.
- What are the expectations for players and parents during the season?
- As a prestigious national organization, we will hold our players, parents, and coaches to a high standard. We expect players to be committed to their careers as well as the organization and parents are expected to be supportive of their children and the organization as a whole. Our goals should always be aligned, helping each and every player reach their full potential on and off the field.
